Two apps, about two minutes.

Quartier is not on the App Store yet, so it is handed out through TestFlight — Apple's own app for trying apps before they launch. Here is the whole thing before you start.

  1. Get TestFlightA free Apple app. The button below opens its App Store page — install it like any other app.
  2. Accept the invitationTestFlight opens with Quartier waiting. Tap Accept, then Install.
  3. Open QuartierIt asks for your location once. That is what draws your 15, 30 and 60 minutes — nothing to sign up for.

iPhone only for now. Free, and you can leave any time from the Me tab.

Why a beta? Quartier starts in Long Island City, and the reach map is only right when people who live there correct it. That is what the beta is for.
